Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Cielo Beauty warrants that all products manufactured by us are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use and proper maintenance from the date of delivery.

Should a manufacturing defect be identified within the applicable warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the defective product with an identical or equivalent item; or
  • Issue a credit or refund where appropriate.

The chosen remedy will depend on the nature of the defect and product availability.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including, but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing flaws affecting structural integrity
  • Material separation or abnormal cracking under normal use

Manufacturing Defects

Functional Defects

Finish Quality

Our warranty also covers significant finish defects resulting from manufacturing, such as:

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from circumstances beyond our manufacturing responsibility.

Normal Wear and Tear

Professional instruments naturally experience wear over time, including:

  • Cosmetic scratches
  • Surface wear from regular handling
  • Gradual finish changes from repeated sterilization

Improper Use

Warranty does not apply when instruments are:

  • Dropped

  • Disassembled
  • Used for purposes other than their intended application

  • Using tweezers as prying tools
  • Cutting hard materials with scissors
  • Twisting nail nippers sideways

Unauthorized Repairs

Any product repaired, modified, sharpened, or altered by unauthorized persons may void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team promptly.

To process your warranty claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Product name or model number
  • Purchase order or invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Quantity affected (for bulk orders)

Additional information may be requested if necessary to evaluate the claim.

Inspection Process

Each warranty claim is carefully reviewed by our Quality Assurance team.

Where appropriate, we may request the return of the product for technical inspection before determining warranty eligibility.

Warranty for OEM & Private Label Orders

For OEM and private label products manufactured by Cielo Beauty, the same manufacturing quality standards apply.

However, warranty terms may vary according to customer specifications, custom designs, special finishes, coatings, packaging requirements, or contractual agreements.

Customers are encouraged to review the agreed warranty terms specified in their purchase contract.

Limitation of Liability

Our warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or credit of defective products manufactured by Cielo Beauty.

Under no circumstances shall Cielo Beauty be liable for:

  • Loss of business
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Third-party claims arising from product misuse or improper maintenance

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:

  • Follow all recommended care and maintenance instructions.
  • Use instruments only for their intended purpose.
  • Perform regular cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
  • Store instruments in a clean, dry environment.
  • Report any manufacturing concerns promptly upon discovery.
